For over twenty years, CrossPointe Capital has been making a market and freeing up equity for owners of privately held companies. We've provided advisory services in connection with hundreds of acquisition and sale transactions for quality middle market manufacturing, distribution and business services companies. Often we are called upon to develop creative, viable ways to reconcile divergent objectives of buyers, sellers, professional advisors, creditors, vendors, landlords, lessors, employees and customers. Successful Transactions
Because we diligently approach each assignment as a custom project, our success rate is over 90%. Since our founding over two decades ago, we have sold every business for which we negotiated a Purchase Agreement. Even more significant is that over that time period we have closed all but 8 transactions for which we negotiated a non-binding Letter of Intent.
